Windows
I’m really excited today. We’re having new windows fitted. What with our new roof, this winter is going to be a lot less damp and draughty that last winter (we hope).

We were making news today! Well, in our own very small way anyway. There was a little 2.5 minute piece on Nuacht ( that’s Irish for News) on TG4 at 7.pm today. TG4 is the Irish language TV station. I’ve put the video on YouTube with the permission of TG4 of course. You can watch it by following the link to the Lifelists channel I’ve set up on YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/lifelists. It’s in Irish and despite 3 years of lessons, neither Al or I can speak the language well. Our friends Majella and Mags are speaking on our behalf. The gist of the story is that we moved here, set up our local community web site Currane.net, were lucky enough to get satellite broadband as part of a government scheme and then set up mylifelists.com. I think Mags and Majella are saying some nice things about the site- that’s what they told me anyway! We’re very pleased and grateful to have been featured. Who knows, maybe this will help spread the word about Lifelists.
