What's Listed?
What is a Lifelist? We all have a Lifelist that we usually just carry around in our head, a list of all of the things that make our lives worthwhile. These things are a big part of our identity. In many ways we are all a collection of likes and dislikes and the sum of all the people, relationships and places and experiences that have influenced us. What is mylifelists.com? When you've created your 'main' Lifelist you can create as many other Lifelists as you like, on any subject you like! So, while your 'main' Lifelist might include, say, your top 10 favourite bands, you could have another list showing all of your favourite bands all 200 (or whatever) of them! Todolists and Piclists are special kinds of Lifelist. A Todolist allows you to set date targets for the completion of different items and you can tick them off when they're done. Piclists are lists of pictures they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so what better way to show the things that are important to you, holiday snaps or whatever. To give you some privacy, when you register (or at any time thereafter) you can enter a "nickname" so that others will not see your real name. You can rest assured that no other user of the site can get to see your personal information. We care about privacy! What else can I do? Add "me2!s" to things that you agree with and send messages to other users if you want to comment on their lists. As you browse through the site you can mark Lifelists as "favourites" so that you can review them quickly. You can email your own lists to other people or yourself if you prefer! We are constantly developing the site and adding lots of new features so watch out for new stuff when you visit. If you are not sure what to do next, take a look at How to use this site. You can find out more about this site and about us by following the links on the left. Finally, thanks for stopping by and we hope you like our idea! If you have any comments just get in touch through our contact form we promise to write back. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
